What are you entitled to?

If you are hurt and unable to work, but have worked in the past, you are entitled to receive SSDI benefits. By working, you have been paying into the Social Security system, which is your safety net in a disabling situation.

You have rightfully earned this money through your hard work.

But sometimes, getting access to the funds you have paid into the system can be a trying process. If you find yourself in a situation that is preventing you from working and providing for yourself and family, Social Security benefits such as SSDI and SSI are within reach.

Monthly Cash Benefit– Do you need help paying for daily expenses, food, transportation, and other day-to-day items? SSDI and SSI will provide you with some of the income you need to get by in today’s tough economy. The higher your cost of living, the greater your monthly cash benefit can be.

Benefits for your Dependents– Are you caring for some one under the age of 18? Under some Social Security programs, your dependent(s) may be eligible for benefits.
